Community Updates
We’re excited to announce that we’ll be giving out Target gift cards to residents who are nominated for Random Acts of Kindness by peers or staff. Each nomination enters you into a pool, and every two months one lucky winner will be selected!
We’ll also randomly select a resident to win a gift card for participating in games and activities during our social events. Join in the fun and you could win just by participating!
Let’s spread kindness and make this a great year together!
Management Notes
For those of you who receive Social Security and/or SSI/Medicare, you may have received a letter in December stating there was a 2.5% increase in pay. This means a change to your income. Please make sure to bring these letters with you to your next certification.
The office will be closed on 1/1/24 for New Year's Day and on 1/20/24 for MLK Day.

Maintenance Notes
Work Orders: Work orders should be placed right away rather than later or waiting for things to pile up. This will allow time for staff to fix any issues that may come up in a timely fashion. It may also save you from placing future work orders if they can catch or find issues ahead of time.
Please be mindful of what we put in our kitchen and bathroom sinks. Not all things are meant to go down the drain and can cause clogs or backup. This can lead to flooding and can affect other units as well. If your sink is clogged, please make sure to place a work order.
Please be mindful not to leave water running in the kitchen or bathroom sinks, as it can lead to flooding or water damage. The same can be said for the tub. To prevent water damage, leaks, and overflow, make sure to turn the water completely off and do not leave any water on the floor or counters.
There is a $35 lockout fee if you are locked out on the weekends and need to be let into your unit. Try to remember to keep your house key in a safe place.
Now that it is winter, we need to make sure that we are keeping the heat inside the building. Please refrain from opening the windows in the hallway so that the cold air does not filter into the hallways and allow the heat to escape. Thank you!
We Are Pet Friendly!
Prior to bringing a pet into the unit, please make sure your pet is registered with us. Pet rent and breed restrictions apply.
